I need to be able to easily track call history longer than a few days! For business reasons, I sometimes need to look back a few weeks to verify when or how many times I have called someone or when they last called me, etc… If anyone has a solution, I’d appreciate it. Thanks!
It’s very annoying to have a limited call log capacity in iPhone. It’s cruel but true, only 100 calls it can hold. If you’re looking for a long time call record, you may visit your cellular career’s website and view call history more than one hundred, but this isn’t guaranteed. Outside of doing this, there’s a professional iOS data recovery software called iFonebox which can help you see call logs more than one hundred by detecting your device directly.
It’s very easy to use and you’re allowed to see all the recoverable calls for the precious date, time, incoming or outgoing and duration as long as they’re not wiped out. So you should stop using your device and enable flight mode as soon as possible to prevent them from being overwritten. The program is compatible with almost all kinds of iOS devices, thus you don’t need to worry about its compatibility. Moreover, it’s 100% safe and will not cause any damage to your computer or current data on your device.
100 calls are too few. Since there isn’t any way to expand this capacity, you’d better get a habit of making a backup. Other than taking screen shots before they roll off, you can recognized iFonebox as a data transferring tool which can help you selectively back iPhone/ iPad/ iPod touch data up, including contacts, notes, photos, WeChat messages, WhatsApp messages, etc.
Before we start the restoration progress, you need to download the program to your computer first. iFonebox has two available versions: Windows version and Mac version. Please make sure to install the suitable version for your computer. Next I will show you the specific steps to take a look at call records over 100.
Step one: Launch iFonebox
Connect your iPhone to the computer, in this interface, you’ll see “Next” in blue area, click it to continue. It’s necessary to enable the flight mode and keep the USB cable connected stable during the progress.
Step two: Scan data
It will scan automatically after you click the “Call History” icon, the duration depends on the amount of your data so it might take your some time, please wait patiently.
Step three: Get back data
After the scan completes, a call logs will show up on your program interface. Now you can recover them, choose the items you want to back up and click the “Recover to pc”.
