All My Notes Disappeared On iOS 8.4.1, Please Help

I’m shaking and crying because I keep all the fan fictions and important usernames and passwords on my native notes app and today when I went in to find them, it said no notes. Every single one is just gone. I have the most recent update on iPhone 5c, which is iOS8.4.1. I restarted my phone but the only notes that showed up were the ones specifically saved to iCloud, which were four out of the 20 fics I wrote. I repeat, I cannot lose these. These are the only reason I wake up in the morning and now they’re just gone. I did not jailbreak my phone, much less do I know how to do so. I did not delete anything whatsoever. I did not refresh to factory settings. Everything was there this morning. And it’s suddenly gone. Please please please help. Has this happened to anyone else and have you figured out how to get anything back. iPhone 5C, iOS 8.4.1
